Naima is a Louisiana native who has a lifelong passion for her cultural foodways. She is excited to share the recipes and techniques she learned from her family with the world. At times it may seem that this regional cuisine is inaccessible to those born outside of Louisiana. Naima's goal is to bridge the gap so that people worldwide can enjoy the food that she was raised on and appreciate the culture that created it.
