Here's my go to recipe for carrots. It's easy to make but it tastes gourmet. Just a little salt, some nutmeg, and a couple of dried herbs. This will become a staple in your kitchen once you try it, I promise!
Ingredients
2 lbs carrots
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp marjoram
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Peel carrots.
Cut carrots into desired shape (batonnet is my favorite).
Drizzle olive oil onto carrots.
Add salt, nutmeg, dried rosemary, and marjoram to carrots.
Message oil and seasonings onto carrots.
Place carrots on baking sheet and then put in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
